The technique I employ to create illustrations is China ink finished in pen, but I can also make use of an airbrush to achieve some special effects, especially for backgrounds, or I can employ acrylics to achieve a more powerful use of colour.

The pictures I have drawn for a popular Po-Valley publication refer mainly to local authors’ fiction.
The reading has inspired me to draw pictures which highlight key events of the stories and which are then further emphasized by excerpts from the stories themselves.

On seeing my work in an exhibition, a friend introduced me to Shakespeare’s terrible tragedy:
Titus Andronicus, which was a new stimulating challenge.
It took me more than a year to transfer these emotions on paper, but I think it was worth it
